With the purchase of this permit, visitors have unlimited access to special events, scenic places, historic sites, a whole roster of outdoor activities and just plain fun at Minnesota’s 72 state parks and recreation areas.
The annual permit is valid for a full year from the month of purchase. Own a second car? You can receive a discount on the second vehicle permit. Annual permits can be purchased at state parks, the DNR License Center, REI metro locations or by calling the DNR Information Center at 1-888-MINNDNR. Permits may be purchased:
In person at any state park, metro REI locations in Bloomington, Roseville and Maple Grove, or at the DNR License Center, 500 Lafayette Road, St. Paul.

All permits are valid for one year from the month of purchase.
